ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Download tender documents
* Setup estimate folder and allocate number
* Updating estimating stats for new tender
* Update CRM and transfer to Project +
* Setup Project+ (email etc.)
* Send credit checks
* Send new tender email to the internal team
* Send confirmation email to the consultant/client
* Loading info onto Project +
* Loading the subcontractors names onto Project + (including maintenance of the Project + contact database/spreadsheet
* Issue tender documents to the internal team
* Issue tender documents to the subcontractors
* Check Project + inbox
* Acknowledge receipt of tender to the subcontractor
* Chase up subcontractors 24/48 hours before deadline (email template)
* Uploading and dealing with addendum information received to team and subcontractors
* Issue feedback letters to subcontractors once know if project is won or lost
* Assisting other role during quiet times, if needed
