This full service digital agency and consultancy is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join their Campaign Delivery Team.
You will focus on creating and updating responsive HTML email templates, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful client campaigns, while developing your technical and creative skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Client Services, Implementation, Data Production, Campaign Delivery, Web Development, and QA teams to ensure seamless workflows and high-quality deliverables.
* Assist in the creation and delivery of responsive HTML email templates, ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
* Handle graphic production tasks, including asset creation and editing using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Contribute occasionally to front-end tasks, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development for landing pages or forms.
* Conduct thorough QA on your own work and assist in team QA efforts to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
* Communicate in a clear, accurate, and timely manner the status and timelines of campaign work to relevant stakeholders.
* Manage tasks proactively, ensuring the Resource Manager and team leads are kept informed of progress, challenges, and impacts to deadlines.
* Stay motivated in a fast-paced environment, delivering tasks on time and in alignment with schedules and client deadlines.
Skills required:
* Intermediate proficiency in coding and building responsive HTML email templates.
* Experience in graphic production using Photshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe creative suite)
* Foundational knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS and Javascript.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic HTML email rendering issues with support as needed.
