Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead on human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices. Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Provide support and coaching to managers on performance-related issues.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs that support employee development and career growth. Promote continuous learning and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages. Conduct salary reviews and ensure alignment with industry standards.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with legislative changes and advise on HR policy adjustments as needed.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics to monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR indicators.
Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Lead employee wellness and recognition programs.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CIPD qualification Levels 5 or 7 preferred.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues with discretion and integrity.
