The Role - Quantity Surveyor

My client are currently looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, in Buckinghamshire.

You will be working on projects compromising of cladding and curtain wall.

My client are happy to speak with candidates with a main contract or specialist facade subcontract background.

Duties:

* Working with the Commercial Manager/Operations Manager/Project Managers/ Designers/Buying staff to ensure commercial input is provided to meet the contract requirements

* Review the contract documents for tender or negotiation purposes

* Compilation and completion of monthly valuations

* Prepare on a monthly basis, CVR reports

* Identify risk and propose/implement strategies

* Good knowledge of different contracts.
