Ridgeway & Co are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor, currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on a Education project in Saffron Walden. This role is offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing design coordination, procurement, and project programming

* Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

* Leading site teams and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

* Implementing strict health & safety and quality compliance measures

* Proactively solving challenges and driving efficiency throughout the project

Requirements:

* Tier 1 Main Contractor experience

* DfE (Department for Education) project experience is essential

* Proven track record of managing projects valued at £25m+

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
