* You will be part of a close knit purchasing and supply chain team
* The opportunity to develop your skills within purchasing and supply chain and potentially move into a buyer role in the future.
Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for expediting purchase orders, placing orders and managing supplier deliveries to ensure parts are delivered to the warehouse in a timely manner to support the production function.
This position would suit a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background; systems focused and a strong attention to detail; possess strong communication skills and able to build close relationships; a strong team player and possess good Excel and general PC skills.
Individuals with previous buying / expediting experience would be of distinct interest to our client, though not essential.
This position offers the flexibility of between 15-25 hours per week, split over 3 or 5 days.
