Property Portfolio Manager, London, c£65k, one year FTC (Maternity Cover)

Our client, part of the NHS, is recruiting for a Portfolio Manager to mange a portfolio of properties across London. 

This will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

The person must have solid FM contract management skills and ideally have knowledge of NHS PPP/LIFT contracts and how to manage these complex contractual relationships.

Candidates must be qualified to degree level and, ideally be a member of IWFM or RICS. Knowledge of NHS LIFT/PPP contracts essential.

We would like the person to be available to start as soon after Christmas as possible.
