About the Primary Teacher Role:
As a valued primary teacher, you'll play an integral role in creating a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom that enables every Theale child to flourish. You'll design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, using differentiation and formative assessments to support diverse learning needs. You'll be a trusted educator and mentor, building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues while encouraging a growth mindset in every learner.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or equivalent
A strong background and proven track record in EYFS/KS1/KS2 primary teaching, with a deep understanding of the National Curriculum in Theale or the wider UK.
