Poolhall Recruitment are seeking an experienced site Caretaker to join our clients team in maintaining and overseeing the upkeep of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a range of practical DIY skills and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Duties

upkeep of the premises and grounds, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Your excellent practical skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you perform repairs, carry out maintenance tasks, and address site-related queries.

You will also monitor the condition of buildings and outdoor areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This role requires strong communication abilities and proficient in basic maintenance tools and techniques.

This is an urgent requirment and candidates would be available for interviews and to commence employment quickly. It would be a distinct advantage to be on a DBS service.
