Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join the dynamic team of a Tier 2 Main Contractor growing their Manchester Region. You will manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standard. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and the construction team, you will ensure designs are fully compliant, cost-effective, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities as a Design Coordinator:

Coordinate design deliverables across all project phases
Review and manage technical drawings
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines
Identify and resolve design-related issuesRequirements for a Design Coordinator.:

Proven experience in a design coordination role.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software
