We are working with an established food manufacturing company based in Banbury. They are recruiting for a Production Manager to join their team on a Days and Lates pattern in return for a salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000.

The Production Manager needs to possess a strong hands-on background in leading teams directly related to operating in a 24/5 manufacturing environment. Requires an understanding of hitting targets and health and safety in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Planning and scheduling production and maintenance for the machinery

* Working to budgets

* Leading a team to hit targets

* Training new members of staff and upskilling existing Operators

* Liaising with other departments such as engineering and warehousing
