Abatec are looking for a motivated individual to join our client’s dynamic Production team as a Trainee Meat Production Operative/Packing in the Emerson Green area.

This full-time, long-term position will provide you with the skills to manage production equipment, maintain product quality, and achieve key production targets in a fast-paced environment.

* Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm (fixed or rotating shifts)

* Overtime and weekend work available

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Operate equipment efficiently, reporting any issues promptly
• Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications
• Participate in training to grow your skills and knowledge
• Take ownership of your work and support your team
• Follow all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in a food production environment is a plus, but not essential – full training provided!
