Avanti Recruitment has partnered with a leading tier-one automotive electronics manufacturer based in London. We're looking for an experienced embedded software engineer to join their tight-knit development team, where you'll be involved with both hands-on development of their brand new systems, as well as setting procedures, guiding the team through various projects, and be responsible for documentation.

Some of the companies' clients include some of the biggest companies in the automotive space such as Tesla, McLaren, Sony, Lotus, and Aston Martin to name a few, so you'll be developing systems for some very luxurious brand names.

What we're looking for:
c. 10 years of embedded software development experience
Strong experience working with ISO26262 & ASPICE
Experienced working with CAN protocols
Experience working on bare metal/FreeRTOS projects in "C"
Experience with leadership/management and guiding technical teams through project deadlines on time.

Nice to have:
Experience with wireless technologies such as UWB, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.
Cyber-security experience

On offer is a salary between £75-90,000 + ad-hoc salary reviews - great work is rewarded monetarily, as well as discretionary annual bonus. The company also offers relocation assistance (for candidates already inside the UK) and can offer visa sponsorship (for candidates already in the UK).
