Do you have experience or a keen interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs?
One of my schools is seeking an Intervention Teaching Assistant to work 8:30- 3:30pm each day supporting a pupil with ASD and behavioural support needs within their vibrant team in Early Years within Wigan area.

You will be working in the Early Years department developing a routine, supporting their prime areas with a strong focus on Language development and independence.

Requirements:

The requested skillset the desired Early Years Teaching Assistant role you will require;

Distribute and adapt sessions.
Knowledge of sensory needs or Special Educational awareness, triggers and strategies to support.
Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas to support KS2 children.
Communicate your own ideas of how to deliver your favourite and interesting topics.
Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
