Finance Systems Manager (D365 Business Central) | London | Hybrid | £80,000-£100,000

Source & Connect are proud to be partnering exclusively with this business to find a senior technical professional with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The Role

You will take ownership of maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the company's finance systems, including D365BC, Jet Reports, Datascope (time recording), and Continia (invoice capture software).

Key responsibilities include:

Managing system upgrades, including testing and deployment.

Supporting and improving the integration of other business systems with D365BC.

Assisting with additional business systems as required.

Leading a junior team member responsible for administrative and data tasks.

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision).

Experience supporting Jet Reports, time recording systems, and payroll systems.

Finance qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, etc.).

Strong Excel skills.

Understanding of financial reporting.

Experience with Datascope, Continia, SharePoint, Viewpoint, and Power BI (desired but not essential).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location & Working Arrangements

North London-based role with a hybrid setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
