Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable and productive classroom environment during teacher absences. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and Manage: Oversee the classroom, ensuring students stay on task with the work set by their absent teacher.

Support Learning: Assist students with their learning, providing guidance and support where needed.
Maintain Discipline: Uphold school policies and manage classroom behavior effectively.

What We're Looking For

Confidence: Ability to manage a classroom and engage with students confidently.
