Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach,, and the ability to drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee Warehouse Operations

* Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

* Optimise warehouse layout and workflow to maximise space utilisation and minimise operational costs.

* Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

* Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.

* Motivate and inspire the team to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

* Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear guidance, and offer constructive feedback.

* Foster a culture of safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

* Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.

* Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and documentation.

* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product accuracy and integrity.

* Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.

* Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and returns.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.

* Proven track record of leading and managing warehouse teams.

* Strong understanding of warehouse management software and systems.

* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Valid forklift operator's license (preferred).
