Senior Site Manager - New Build

Role:

We are currently working with a Leading Residential Developer who are experiencing huge growth. My client has a reputation of high-quality design and build, sound governance and good management practices. Their experience has been recognised with various awards, including Home Builders Federation's (HBF) 5-star house builder status, In-house's gold award and number of WhatHouse? Awards.

We are collaborating to find an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the Project Director on their flagship development. This project, located in Cambridge, includes 160 units comprising both houses and flats, with an extensive scope of civil works and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet project goals.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

*

Monitoring construction quality to ensure it meets standards and specifications.

*

Managing project schedules, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues that arise.

*

Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve concerns.

*

Maintaining accurate site records, including reports, progress updates, and documentation.

*

Ensuring the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction and within agreed deadlines.
