Field Service Engineer

Commercial Carwash Equipment

1x North M25 (Enfield, Watford, etc)

1x Herts, Beds, Bucks area (Luton, Stevenage, etc)

German Manufacturer of vehicle washing equipment, with over 1700 employees in more than 70 countries, have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated team.

Based from home, you will visit clients site which include petrol forecourts & vehicle dealerships to service, install and repair various valeting equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of equipment, including rollover car washes, jet washes, vacuums and air water towers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime.
Conduct routine inspections, monitor equipment performance, and document maintenance activities accurately.
Be willing to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.Background Experience:

Mechanical Engineering - 1 year preferred
Electrical Engineering - 1 year preferred (not essential)
Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office product

Average earnings in ecess of £39,000 based on the following;

Company van
Basic Salary circa £33,000 basic
+ Overtime after 45hrs
+ 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at Overtime
+ Bonus £1500 average
