Overview
As an integral member of the Press Department, you will receive comprehensive training, support, and mentorship to develop your skills in operating a press brake, enabling you to shape, bend, and manipulate metal sheets and plates.

We anticipate that your expertise, efficiency, and precision will improve progressively as you gain experience in the role.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)

*

Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

Travel Expectation:
There may be occasional travel between sites based on business needs.

Responsibilities
Your learning objectives will include:

*

Operating a press brake to produce metal components.

*

Preparing, setting up, and adjusting the press brake as needed based on product specifications and production schedules.

*

Measuring and aligning materials accurately.

*

Inspecting and assessing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

*

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

*

Reporting any defective tooling, jigs, fixtures, or manufacturing issues that may impact production goals to the Supervisor or Manager.

*

Mastering safe manual handling techniques and following safe working practices.

Requirements

*

Ability to operate or learn to safely control press brake equipment.

*

Capability to read and interpret technical drawings.

*

Basic computer proficiency.

*

Proficiency with hand tools
