£35000 - £40,000 + £4k monthly bonus + 4% pension

Are you experienced in PVC production and looking to join a growing and progressive minded business, where you will be given autonomy and full ownership of projects?

This is the opportunity to join an established, inclusive and collaborative business, practicing at the highest level within the windows and doors industry, giving you variety and unique projects.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar with a Windows and Doors background, as well as full exposure to PVC premium products, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.

THE ROLE:

Manage PVC section of Factory
Production Supervision of PVC premium products, including Residence, R7, R9 and Timeless
Overseeing Residence section within the PVC production
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvementTHE PERSON:

PVC product manufacturing experience
Experience in factory management
