M4 Recruitment are looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team in Severn Beach.

Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Severn Beach
Salary: £26,500 annually, with an uplift in April
Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly Shifts:

* 06:00 - 15:00

* 08:00 - 17:00
(1-hour unpaid break each shift)

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move goods around the warehouse

* Load and unload deliveries efficiently

* Ensure goods are stored safely and accurately within the warehouse

* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times

* Assist with other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)

* Previous experience in a forklift driving role (preferred)

* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

* Strong attention to detail and reliability

* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
