Job Description:

TeacherActive is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lunch Time Supervisor to join a vibrant team at a primary school in Llanelli. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our lunch time cover, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for all children.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the lunch time period, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all participants.
Manage and supervise a team of assistants, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
Build positive relationships with children, and staff, promoting strong community links.
Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, creative, and flexible approach to engaging children in activities.
A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
