They are a Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy based in Birmingham, dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of their current and future projects.

Position Overview:
They are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join their team. This role involves reporting directly to the Director and taking on a leadership position within the business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of high-quality projects and the management of multiple project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards of project delivery across multiple projects.
Lead and manage project teams to facilitate the successful execution of projects.
Drive business development efforts to secure new fee commissions.
Oversee operational and business management to enhance overall service delivery.
Maintain technical excellence in all aspects of our service offerings. Candidate Profile:

Background in Developer or Consultancy roles with a focus on Project Management.
Familiarity with commercially developed projects, particularly in the initial phases of project delivery.
Experience managing projects through pre and post-contract stages.
Proficient in administering contracts and understanding the roles of Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent, particularly JCT forms of Contract.
Proven ability to produce and present formal reports to clients effectively. Why Join Us?
