* Working on a commercial site in Reading (RG2) on a full time, permanent basis

Your new role - Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

* This role is a mixture between on the tools doing electrical bias works and office based, overseeing a team.

* Overseeing/ carrying out maintenance works to electrical bias maintenance systems within a commercial environment

* Managing a team (team of 4)

* Fill out required paperwork, team meetings, site audits, and other supervisory duties.

What you'll need to succeed - Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

* Electrically qualified with a comprehensive understanding of electrical bias maintenance

* Managed/ Supervised a team previously even in senior or lead role

* Commutable distance of Reading
