Senior Design Manager - Facade/Cladding/Fire Remediation

The Role - Senior Design Manager (Facade/Cladding)

* Managing a design team.

* Managing the design process using his/her commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.

* Managing external sub-contractors that are relevant to design ie 3D scans/structural engineers/thermal engineers/acoustic engineers.

* Driving the project design forward and presenting potential solutions to issues that arise.

* Setting up and chairing meeting

* Preparation and monitoring of design programmes and monitoring deliverables

This is a client-facing role so you must be able to adapt and communicate with all levels.
