Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 10 Engineers in a Healthcare environment.

* Performing toolbox talks and organising reactive and PPM on AHUs, FCUs, Pipework and Plant etc.

* Work with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

* Maintain and build a strong client relationship.

* Monday to Friday, 1 in 6 On Call.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).

* Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.

* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
