The Role:
We are looking for dedicated and passionate SEND Tutors to join our dynamic team. As a SEND Tutor at Powertutors, you will play a crucial role in the education and development of students with a variety of special educational needs. You will have the opportunity to work with students of all age groups, tailoring your approach to meet their individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver creative, interactive, and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.

* Collaborate with parents to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment at home.

* Utilize innovative teaching techniques to enhance the learning experience and promote academic success.

* Maintain a strong understanding of special education practices and strategies.

* Work with a variety of special educational needs, adapting your methods to suit each student's requirements.

* Foster an inclusive and diverse learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.

* Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

* Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of your students.

What We’re Looking For:

* A strong background in special education, with proven experience working with students with SEND.

* A passion for creating inclusive, engaging, and diverse learning experiences.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

* Patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

* Relevant qualifications in education or a related field (e.g., QTS, SENCO, or equivalent).
