Senior Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior/Recruitment Consultant to work in a busy, friendly environment. You will have previous experience as a Recruiter within a construction (ideally blue collar) related field and have a stable career background. You will be joining a dynamic and dedicated team who specialise in placing quality candidates across the construction & Industrial sectors to our established clients throughout the UK.
We require an individual with good client facing skills who can come in and deal with current companies and build on already existing relationships. Excellent opportunity to quickly grow a team around you (with the help of the current directors) and eventually move into a director’s position yourself.
Duties:
* Manage and develop a busy temp & perm multi sector desk
* Carry out sales activity; attending client meetings and networking events
* Develop client base; source new business, follow up leads, develop existing business relationships
* Match client vacancies and ensure a perfect match for both client and candidate
* Ensure service excellence to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Full UK driving licence is required for client visits
