We are looking for a Despatch Team Leaders for our day and night shifts to join the team in our state of the art Mash Factory. You will be responsible for the day-to-day Despatch operations of the factory and looking after a small team.
Day Shift - Continental Shift Pattern, 6am - 6pm £15.06 per hour
Night Shift - 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am £16.95 per hour

The working environment within Despatch is fast paced and susceptible to change, meaning you will need to adapt, and react accordingly to a varied workload. Examples of duties to include;
* Leadership - providing consistent leadership across the shift, whilst always demonstrating and role modelling our Branston values.
* Planning - Plan the customers orders daily, working with our own Transport department team to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness.
* Employee relations & engagement - Working with HR to ensure any employee relations matters are handled consistently and in line with policy. Motivating and engaging the team to work to their best, including periodic one-2-one reviews.
* Health & Safety - Acting as a role model for H&S, ensuring processes are strictly adhered to by all members of the team, and taking appropriate action when others do not work in a safe manner.
* Compliance - Ensure all members of the team are following standard operating procedures and that the working area complies with GMP audit standards.
* Continuous Improvement – Identifying areas which can be improved with either breakthrough improvement or an incremental approach.
* Working against set K.P.I’s
