Blair West are working with ITC, IT specialists who provide fully comprehensive Managed Services inc. support, 365 solutions, cyber security Cloud and VOIP. Following recent investment the business are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a strong operational background to help them achieve their ambitious growth targets.

The opportunity:

* Marketing, Sales and Account Management: Control over all functions.

* Client Acquisition: Design and implement go-to-market strategies to attract and secure new clients.

* Enhancing Client Solutions: Collaborate with the account management team to identify growth opportunities and align existing clients with additional services.

* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

* Proven sales management background within an SME.
