There is an immediate opportunity for qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Financial Controller, to join our Sheffield based client for an initial 6 month interim contract.

We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to manage and deliver the transactional services agreement following the sale of a subsidiary business. This is a crucial role designed for a senior finance professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and has a proven track record in financial control and transaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial operations related to the transactional services agreement of the subsidiary business.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.

*

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition and integration process.

*

Implement and monitor financial controls to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data.

*

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management during the transition period.

*

Identify and address any financial issues or discrepancies that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, compliance requirements, and transaction management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.

High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
