Exam Invigilators – Secondary Schools in Thanet

Location: Thanet, Kent

We are currently seeking Exam Invigilators to work across Secondary Schools in Thanet. This is a flexible, temporary role supporting the smooth running of exams during the exam periods. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary, though a keen eye for detail and a professional attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the correct and fair conduct of exams in accordance with exam board regulations.
Monitor students during exams, ensuring a calm and orderly environment.
Assist with the distribution and collection of exam papers and materials.
Ensure that students adhere to exam rules, including prohibiting the use of prohibited materials.
Assist with the general administration of the exam process, including seating arrangements and verifying student ID.
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working in a school or education setting
Reliable and punctual individuals who can commit to the exam timetable.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, staff, and other invigilators.
Training will be provided, including the necessary knowledge of exam procedures and regulations.
