This full-time role, with 37.5 hours per week, offers a competitive salary of up to £51,000 plus enhancements. You'll have the chance to work in a variety of specialities, including Cardiac, Liver, Neuro & Spinal, and enjoy a nurse to patient ratio frequently at 1:1 or 1:2.

As an Senior Staff Nurse ICU, your duties will include:

Acting as a Deputy to the Sister/Charge Nurse:

Deputising the Sister/Charge Nurse in the overall management and leadership of the unit.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff.Covering a Range of Specialties, Including Cardiac, Liver, Neuro, and Spinal:

Delivering specialised nursing care to critically ill patients across various intensive care specialties.
Working with with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.Delivering the Highest Quality of Care to Patients:

Ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to patients' unique needs.
Maintaining high standards of nursing practice through continuous professional development and adherence to clinical guidelines.Package and Benefits:

Registered General Nurse with NMC pin
Significant post-registration experience in ITU
