Join our dynamic team! We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual to join our sales administration team. If you have experience in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, processing mail, and maintaining filing systems
Input data and process orders on Sage 200
Create accurate invoices and handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries
Keep customers informed about the progress of their orders
Update our CRM system with customer details and submit relevant documentationRequirements:

Be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Display a confident telephone manner and possess creative and innovative thinking
Pay attention to detail, solve problems, and adapt quickly
Work towards targets with a helpful and willing attitude
