We are working with a global leader in outsourced HR and H&S solutions who are looking for those ready to progress their sales career. If you’ve got a year or two under your belt in a sales environment and are looking for a supportive environment with a solid, structured 6 month training and onboarding programme then this is for you.

The company have achieved sustained growth year on year over the past decade and are looking for more Sales Executives to join their Head Office based team in Hinckley.

Requirements

Working as part of an internal sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to business owners introducing the clients’ services and booking appointments for business development managers to attend to close the deal - you'll earn bonus from your first sale!

You'll have worked in either a telesales or face to face sales advisory role for a minimum of one year.

It’s a sales environment, so there’s great money to be earned with a realistic first years’ earnings of £40,000. Top performers in this role are earning £70,000+ as the commission is uncapped. 

You’ll be a confident communicator, ambitious and driven to progress in a career, whilst having the ability to learn all about HR and H&S solutions to ensure you’re pitching the right features to the prospects.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:00 with NO evenings or weekends.

You’ll be making good money, so you can use that to take some great holidays with an allowance of 25 days + bank holidays… plus, you’ll not work on your Birthday each year with an extra day off for this!
