Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Leicestershire 
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000-£27,000

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to build their skills in a hands-on environment. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will contribute to a variety of projects, assisting in design, analysis, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in Mechanical Design: Support senior engineers in creating and developing mechanical designs, preparing detailed drawings, models, and simulations.
Product Testing & Prototyping: Participate in the testing and prototyping phases, analyzing results and assisting in product refinement.
Technical Support: Provide engineering support on production issues, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and recommending solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documents, including reports, specifications, and project updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to meet project goals and deadlines.Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered).
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with mechanical testing and analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
