We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our repairs and maintenance team, working in both void and tenanted properties to enhance and maintain the appearance of housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works
Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating by removing old paint
Apply a variety of finishes, including paint, wallpaper and varnish
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation
Full UK Driving Licence
Comfortable working in both void and tenanted properties

The hourly pay rate for this role is £20.37 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.37 Inclusive of holiday).
