Sales and Marketing support Harrow

Our Client are an award winning Organic Beauty and Skincare care products company

Duties include:

Answering and screening phone calls and emails. Delivering excellent customer service
Assisting in managing existing sales accounts and responding to queries in a timely manner
Provide a first-class service in product knowledge to arrange new product listings in catalogues
Be responsible for completing sales and marketing promotional forms
Converting new customers into clients to grow business. Opening new trade and private retail accounts
Producing documents as required, creating data and product content files in Excel
Monitoring the product reviews on our retailers’ websites and contacting them when necessary  

Maintaining and updating supplier and sales records; inventory management
Calling customers for repeat orders and researching their product availability in shops. Sending samples and further information about their products and services
Competitor analysis 

Essential requirements:

3 or more years Sales Support experience

Self motivated team player

Inventory management experience

Good Customer service skills

Good communication skills
