As a SENCO, you will:

* Develop and oversee a dynamic support program tailored to individual needs.

* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to maximise student success.

* Implement strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment.

* Lead with empathy and innovation to inspire change and progress.

Salary: £45,000 PA
