REF 046 – REGIONAL MANAGER – BRISTOL/SOMERSET - £70K + 5K CAR ALLOWANCE + BONUS – INNOVATIVE PROVIDER OF CARE AND NURSING HOMES ACROSS ENGLAND

Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider of care and nursing homes with operations across England and developing into a variety of locations.

This provider is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of homes across their South West portfolio in Bristol and Somerset.

The Regional Manager in Bristol will:
• Oversee a team of established home managers.
• Reporting to the CEO lead the portfolio in line with the provider strategy and values.
• Support the home managers to drive improvements and install the provider mode of care.
• Oversee the budget for the region and ensure each home is performing in line with required budget and occupancy levels.
• Ensure the providers systems are effectively installed in each home and new acquisition.
• Provision of reports to the CEO and board on the region’s performance.
• Ensure the provider is effectively marketed across the region and ensure excellent relationships with external stakeholders.

The Regional Manager will need to have:
• Experience of operational and multi-site management within the care and nursing home sector.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
• Ideally hold a nursing qualification but this is not essential.
• Effective communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work under their own autonomy with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to drive across locations in Bristol and Somerset and trips to the organisations head office in Surrey.
