Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Machine Operators/Production Operatives in Letchworth to start work immediately.

Position: Machine Operator/Production Operative

Rate £12.00 - £13.00ph (Rotation Shift & Day Shift) & £12.00 - £14.00ph (Night Shift)

Hours Day Shift: 8am-4pm or Rotation shift: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm or Night shift 10pm - 6am

Location: Letchworth

This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the printing service providing a range of commercial printers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar position and be able to demonstrate previous machine operation/production operation knowledge.

Duties to include:

Assembling parts and components on a production line using a range of tools
Prepping of materials for production
Operating of workshop machinery and equipment
Work efficiently within a set time frameDesired experience:

Previous experience working within production/manufacturing
Methodical approach and the ability to investigate problems in a logical manner
Production line experience
Good hand-eye coordination
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic with a positive, resourceful can-do attitude
Good team player
