Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-growing cybersecurity organisation, backed by a major IT provider? We’re seeking a natural team player with a ‘safe hands’ approach who knows when to escalate and can be relied upon to lead with integrity as SOC Manager.
This is an opportunity to make the SOC best-in-class, driving efficiency and effectiveness through automation and leading your team to deliver for clients that are critical to national infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities across the organisation’s digital estate.
Utilise threat intelligence to produce comprehensive reports and inform incident response actions.
Contribute to policy development, enhancing SOC tools, processes, and standards.
Establish and enforce processes that maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with SLAs. What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, with experience in a SOC leadership role.
Strong background with SIEM (Sentinel preferably), EDR, DNS, and email security tools, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and TCP/IP protocols.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative team-orientated attitude This is a hybrid role based in Surrey, with 3 days a week in the office Monday to Friday 9-5 with flexibility on hours both side.
  
Salary £65,000 - 75,000 plus BUPA Healthcare, pension contribution and car salary sacrifice scheme.
