The Company – Production Operative

Linkster are currently recruiting on behalf of a client, an esteemed company in the FMCG sector located in Foston Dove Valley Park (DE65). They are seeking to fill a Production Operative position on a full-time and permanent basis.

Job Specification - Production Operative

* Setting up, cleaning, and operating bottling, filling, and labelling equipment while adhering to efficiency standards.

* Maintaining quality in accordance with Company standards, ensuring high levels of health, safety, and hygiene.

* Feed all line equipment with required materials.

* Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with the production supervision team to address any concerns that may arise.

The ideal candidate

* At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in bottling line machinery.

* Previous experience operating filler and/or labelling equipment is desirable.

* Familiarity with shift work.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside problem-solving and organisational abilities.

* Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Given the limited public transport options in the area, it is essential that candidates are able to commute to Foston for their scheduled shifts without any difficulties.
