Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Leeds

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee aspects of substation construction and upgrade projects, including buildings and all civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare SMM7-compliant Bills of Quantities.​
Collaborate with project teams for accurate cost estimation.​Essential Requirements:

Able to prepare SMM7 Bills of Quantities.​Desirable Requirements

Able to use software or traditional methods to produce BoQs.
Experience in substation projects.​Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.​
