They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join their team and drive the growth of the Boots account.

Job Description:

The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitability for the Boots account. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in account management, preferably within the beauty or personal care industry. The successful candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to work closely with buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.

* Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

* Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

* Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms and conditions.

* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.

* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

* Ownership of the P&L.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in national account management – managing UK based accounts including Boots.

* Skills:

* Strong negotiation and sales skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Creative thinker with a passion for the beauty industry.
