Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in London? We are on the hunt for 4 talented and experienced multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing a variety of commercial and industrial systems. We’re looking for professionals with expertise in multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning (AC).

You will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems are running smoothly and efficiently, diagnosing faults, and carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across various sites in London.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of electrical, mechanical, and AC systems.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across multiple systems.

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure minimal downtime.

* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

* Liaise with clients and provide professional, effective service.

Key Skills and Requirements

* Proven experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

* Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning (AC) systems.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering.

* F-Gas certification for AC engineers is a plus.

* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
