Site Manager – School Refurbishment - Cobham

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Cobham, Surrey. This is an 8-week contract, requiring a professional with a strong track record in refurbishment projects and the appropriate certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all on-site activities to ensure timely completion of the project.

* Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, especially within a school environment.

* Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally in educational settings.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

* Enhanced DBS certification (mandatory due to the nature of the site).

* Carpentry background preferred, with a solid understanding of internal works and fit-outs.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
