Key Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries:
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding our product range.
* Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
Sales Conversion:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process.
* Effectively upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
* Convert leads into sales by building trust and delivering excellent service.
Order Processing:
* Accurately record customer information and order details in the CRM system.
* Ensure that all order details are correct, including contact name, billing information, and shipping details.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and resolve any order-related issues.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the buying journey.
* Follow up with customers after sales, addressing any post-sale questions or concerns.
Product Knowledge:
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Street Solutions UK products and services.
Problem-Solving:
* Identify potential issues with customer orders, delivery, or product
* specifications, and provide quick, effective resolutions.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Collaborate with Sales Team:
* Work closely with the wider sales team to share insights, improve processes, and achieve sales targets.
* Support outbound sales activities when needed.
Skills:
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
* Proficient computer skills - excel preferred
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and presenting
* solutions
* Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and handling payments
* Confident with speaking to customers on the phone
