Job Title: Senior Design Manager

Salary: £80,000- £90,000 + Package

Design Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

Preconstruction Design
Design Coordination
Value Engineering
Chairing Design Team Meetings
Compliance Management
Aiding with delivery programmes where necessary 

Design Manager experience required:

Minimum 7 years post qualified Design Manager experience
Extensive Main Contractor / JCT D&B project experience
Degree educated
BIM/ Revit skills
Excellent communication / reporting skills
